If one dies leaving no parents, spouse and children…

If the deceased did not leave a valid will behind before he passed away, and he has no surviving parents, spouse or children, his estates will be distributed to his siblings, grandparents, uncles and aunts, great grandparents, or great grand uncles and aunts, in order of priority. If none of his family members survive, all his estates will be distributed to the government.
