刑事法典 第324条: 以危险武器或方式自愿伤害
除第334条规定之例外情况，任何人以任何用以射击、刺或砍之器具伤害、或以任何当用作犯罪武器時可能致命之任何器具、或以火或任何炽热之物、或以任何爆炸物、或以对人体之吸入、吞下或进入血液時将有害之任何物质、或以任何动物伤害，必须判处最高可达*十年之监禁、或罚款、或鞭笞、或其中任何两项处罚。
